There are two steps to completing the Summer Camp registration process.
Step 2- Online Registration
Fill out the online registration below. This form is essential in order to prepare the campground for the campers attending, i.e. housing, food, t-shirts, etc.
Step 1 - Paper Registration
Download the form below or ask your youth leader for the paper registration. This form includes detailed medical and emergency information for each camper. When you have completed the paper registration, please turn it in to your youth leader. Youth leaders must bring very camper's paper registration to camp in order for the camper to stay the week.
Our preferred method of payment for NOMOAG Summer camp is by check. Contact your youth leader to arrange this form of payment. If you must use debit/credit card to pay the camp registration fee, click this link to go to the payment page.

Because we take the safety of our campers very seriously there are 2 steps for youth pastors and leaders to fill out their registrations for camp. Download the paper registration below, by signing this document you are allowing us to do a background check. After this registration from is filled out you may then follow the link below to register online. In order to have everything processed in time for camp the adult registration forms must be completed no later than June 10th, 2017.
